We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. When placed before 12pm we do all we can to get your order packed and loaded onto the courier's vehicle the very same day.

For pallet orders there is typically a 1-2 working day lead time before shipping. We always aim to have your pallet delivered within a week of you placing the order with us.

Shipping costs £4.95 for orders below £60, and is completely free for all orders over £60. We use Parcelforce's Next Working Day Tracked service as standard, so you should always receive your order the following working day from seeing our shipping confirmation email.

That can be arranged! We know it's not always the easiest to pay for larger orders up front, and most Company finance departments prefer to send a Purchase Order on 30-Day terms.

If you've previously ordered from us and your order total is over £250, feel free to give us a call and we can discuss setting up your account to be 30 days as standard.
