2. Sorting with Care
Next, we sort the textiles by type — lint-free cotton sheeting, T-shirts, terry towels, and more. Each fabric has its unique properties and best uses. Our workers know this well, and their trained eyes and hands ensure nothing goes to waste unnecessarily.
3. Cutting with Intention
Once sorted, the textiles go to our cutting stations. Our team cuts them into standard rag sizes, removing zippers, buttons, and other non-fabric elements. This part is hands-on, done with care and consistency. No two pieces are exactly alike, but every rag meets our standards for usability and durability.
4. Packing with Precision
After cutting, the rags are pressed, bundled, and packaged for customers. We offer a variety of packaging — from compressed bricks to easy-dispense boxes — depending on what our customers want.
